These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to any purchase, download, access, or use of our digital products, online content, and related materials (together, the “Offering”) provided by MEGAN ROSE LANE LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence) to purchase or access the Offering.
3) The Offering and access period
The Offering consists of digital content, which may include (but is not limited to) online courses, videos, audio recordings, PDFs, workbooks, downloads, and supporting materials.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, access to the Offering is provided for six (6) months from the date of purchase (“Access Period”).
Access is provided using the delivery method described at checkout (for example, via email delivery, a course platform, or a secure download link).
We reserve the right to update, amend, replace, or refine any part of the Offering during the Access Period.
4) No refunds policy and consumer rights
Because the Offering is digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Important UK/EEA consumer cancellation information (digital content)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you normally have a 14-day legal right to cancel distance purchases. However, where digital content is supplied immediately, you may lose this right.
By purchasing the Offering, you:
request immediate access to the digital content; and
acknowledge and agree that once access is provided, you lose your statutory right to cancel.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the content is faulty or not as described.
5) Payment and payment plans
Prices are shown at checkout and are payable in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.
Where a payment plan is selected, you are entering into a binding agreement to pay the full purchase price in instalments. A payment plan is not a subscription and does not reduce the total amount payable.
By selecting a payment plan, you authorise us to take instalment payments automatically using the payment method provided at checkout.
If any instalment payment fails, is declined, or becomes overdue:
you remain responsible for paying the outstanding balance in full; and
access to the Offering may be paused or suspended until payment is brought up to date.
Failure to complete the agreed payment plan constitutes a breach of contract.
6) Non-payment and debt recovery
If payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts to collect payment and contact you, we reserve the right to take steps to recover the unpaid balance.
This may include issuing a formal Letter Before Action and, if necessary, commencing proceedings via the Small Claims Court (England and Wales) to recover the outstanding amount, together with any applicable court fees and reasonable costs permitted by law.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights.
7) Account security and permitted use
Your purchase grants access for personal use only, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
You must keep your login details, download links, and access credentials confidential.
You must not share access, login details, links, files, or materials with any third party.
You must not reproduce, resell, redistribute, repackage, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Offering.
8) Intellectual property
All content included in the Offering (including text, video, audio, graphics, templates, and downloads) is owned by or licensed to MEGAN ROSE LANE LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Offering for your personal use during the Access Period. No ownership rights are transferred.
9) Prohibited behaviour
You agree that you will not:
copy, record, screen-capture, scrape, or redistribute the Offering (in whole or in part);
share files, links, or login details with others;
present the Offering as your own work;
use the Offering for unlawful purposes; or
interfere with the platform, website, or security features used to provide access.
10) Testimonials, reviews, and user submissions
If you submit comments, testimonials, reviews, or other content to us, you grant us permission to use that content for business and marketing purposes (including on our website and social media), unless you explicitly request in writing that a specific submission not be used.
11) Disclaimers
The Offering is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing within the Offering constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Results are not guaranteed and will vary between individuals.
12) Technology and availability
We take reasonable care to provide reliable access to the Offering but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms, internet service providers, device incompatibility, or user error.
13) Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Offering, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, including failure to pay, unauthorised sharing, or misuse of the content.
14) Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution, we reserve the right to suspend access immediately and provide evidence of access and delivery to the payment provider.
Unauthorised chargebacks may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
15) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss of profit or revenue arising from or connected with your purchase or use of the Offering.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud.
