We begin with the descent into the feminine body. Dropping down, out of your head and into the wisdom of sensation, feeling and emotion. We evoke your deepest desires, and find where your body responds with fear, hesitation + contraction. We see exactly what's been in your way. You'll lovingly observe how your nervous system + protective parts shape your choices and keep you in familiar cycles. This In our second workshop together, we’ll explore the true meaning of sensuality, dropping out of the thinking mind and descending into the mystery and magic of your feminine body. You’ll begin to use pleasure and oxytocin as tools to regulate your nervous system & melt into a deeper relationship with your body after years of numbness and disconnection. Fear, performance and resistance fall away, as your natural life-force energy begins to emerge, freeing up your creativity, intuition and raw, untamed, honest expression. When does this six-month journey begin?
I'll send you everything you need on May 1st. Our first call will be held on Sunday May 3rd 2026. Every call will be on the first or second Sunday of the month. If you can't come live, you'll get the replays within 24 hours.
I’ve never done any kind of shadow, somatic or parts work before - can I still join?
Yes absolutely. You don’t need to know anything beforehand. All that’s required is an openness to feel, to explore + meet yourself with honesty. I’ll be there to guide you through each step so you feel safe, supported and held as you learn how to work with your body, your emotions and your inner world.
What should I expect during the workshops?
Expect depth, vulnerability, emotion and deep transformation. You do not have to be on camera or share anything, this can be a totally private exprerience for you. This is an experiential journey with a blend of guided shadow work, embodiment practices, movement and sharing. You’ll be invited to release layers of self-protection and meet tender parts of you that have been living in fear.
How often are the calls?

Can I join individual workshops outside of this container?
No, once the doors close, only the women inside will be able to attend the workshops. This is to keep the group intimate, contained and as powerful as possible.
Will there be a lot of extra homework?
Beyond the monthly call there will be an embodiment practice for the month to make sure you're ready for the next initiation. You will not be overwhelmed.
Can I catch the replays if I can't come live?
Yes, always come live if it feels good for you, there’s something very powerful about being in the room together. And I also want you to honour your body, your energy, your cycle, whatever you’re moving through. You’re free to meet this work in your own time. Every workshop is recorded and you’ll have lifetime access to all replays, so you can return to it whenever you need.
Where are the calls held? What will I need to bring?
All calls are held on zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world. You'll need a quiet space where you won't be disturbed, headphones, your device / laptop fully charged and a note pad and pen. I'd also recommend wearing lose clothes for movement and embodiment practices, and having some tissues nearby!

My Journey…
Growing up I lived through many many years of deep suffering, confusion + pain. I have watched the light leave my own eyes. I have spent years obsessing over my appearance, lost in an eating disorder, drowning in depression and panic attacks, diluting my truth, accepting breadcrumbs of love, and staying far too long in relationships that were destroying me. I questioned my worth. I cried at my reflection. I lost days to endless scrolling and procrastination, frozen inside the walls of my own body.
I know the fear of being seen, of being heard, of taking up space, of being powerful, wealthy and free.
I also know the pain of disappearing inside my own life.
And now I know what true liberation feels like.
Beneath our individual stories sits the same collective feminine wound. We were taught, over and over again, that suffering is simply the price of being a woman in this world. We learned that the smaller we make ourselves, the safer we will be. We have been trying to survive, and even thrive, inside a world that does not know how to honour our liberation or hold our fullness or celebrate our power.
I want every woman who crosses my path to know who the fuck she is, and how it feels to be fully alive.
